Dear Ginn Thompson Families,
Welcome to our very first parent newsletter! I am excited to begin this journey of communication and connection with ea.ch of you. Together, we will ensure that every girl at Ginn Thompson
thrives academically, socially, and personally. At the heart of our school are our Creed and Matrix, which guide us in creating a safe,
respectful, and supportive learning environment, We recite and practice them daily as a reminder that excellence, character, and community are at the core of who we are.
This month, we want to keep you informed about several important topics:

  • Uniforms -Thank you for supporting our commitment to a professional and unified school culture. Please ensure your child is in proper uniform each day.
  • i- Ready Diagnostics – These assessment give us essential data to personalize instruction and provide interventions. Encourage your child to do their best.
  • Community Partnership – We are proud to partner with organization like VIA to expand learning and The Table providing mental health resources for our students and families.
  • Goal Setting– By the end of the month all students will set personal and academic goals to help them take ownership of their learning journey.
  • Electives, Sports & Arts Opportunities– Our girls will soon have the chance to explore electives and Sports, and we are especially excited about opportunities at Cuyahoga Community College that will enrich both academic and artistic growth.

As we build momentum, your continued partnership is vital. Thank you for believing in our mission and supporting the daily growth of our students. Together, we will ensure that Ginn Thompson School for Girls is not only a place of lea, 11ing but a community where young women find their voice, their purpose, and their path.
